COVID-19 Safety Protocol: Masks + Proof of Vaccination Required
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination Required | Due to the ongoing global pandemic, the GLEAN program and its partners require that all audience members of the Annual GLEAN Exhibition show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination for all visitors ages 12 years and older. We accept the following forms of verification:
An original, a copy, or a picture of your CDC vaccination card (photo on phone is fine)
What is a full Vaccination? | “Full vaccination” means that your attendance is at least two weeks after your second shot—or first for J&J.
How/where do I provide my proof of vaccination? | Our gallery attendants will be checking for full proof of vaccination at the door at all times.
Masks Required at Exhibition Space | As per the Oregon state mandate, masks are required at all times for those over 2 years old. It is highly recommended that you wear a KN95, N95, or medical-grade surgical mask double-layered with a cloth mask. If you only have a cloth mask, we have a small amount of KN95’s available, or you can purchase them online in advance.
Limited Capacity + Social Distancing | For the safety of everyone, we are limiting the number of guests allowed in the space at a time to 50 people. Please keep six feet apart.
Where can I get more information about the COVID-19 vaccine? | If you are not currently vaccinated and want more information on how and where to get one, you can get more info via getvaccinated.oregon.gov
What if I lost my vaccination card? | You can request a copy of your vaccination record through Oregon Health Authority here.
If you are experiencing symptoms or waiting on test results | If you are experiencing or exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, have been in contact with others who are, and/or are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test as a result of possible exposure, we ask that you please stay home.
